The use of chemical substances, often toxic, during production processes, is causing not only health problems, but also water contamination during the use of our clothes because, every time we wash a garment, the substances it contains go releasing into the water.

The textile industry is also one of the industries that has involved the most labor exploitation in countries without social protection systems like ours.

After years of looking at clothing labels and realizing that practically everything came from Asia, without offering guarantees regarding the workers rights and that almost all the materials contained synthetic fibers, we decided to stop complaining and offer an alternative. This is how humus was born, a sustainable fashion store where ethics and love for nature would always be present, in any decision.

It has been more than a decade in which we have been adapting to the changes, but the original values are still intact. humus is now an organic clothing brand made mostly in Spain, with a sales point in Palma de Mallorca and an on-line store that is growing a little bit every day. We make all garments with premium fabrics organic certified and timeless designs known for their incredible comfort and originality.
